Let's say that each time an attack with the power and intent to completely destroy a planet was released, it sent the individual at the centre of it back in time by the same amount as Bardock was. For clarification, this is only for attacks intended to destroy the planet and not the general planet level attacks of 99% of the characters from the Freeza Arc and onwards. How do things change?

With such a risk to the maintenance of the timeline, I imagine that the Kaioshin of each universe would be forced to use their time rings quite often even in the early stages of history with the existence of individuals such as Moro and Boo, with the Daishinkan likely setting in place multiversal laws against planet busting because of it, or perhaps making it so that the Angels had to always remain active. Most characters would be forced to change their fighting style to work within these boundaries. Needless to say, this would definitely change instances such as Goku VS Freeza or Cell's attempted self-destruction.

After Cell destroys Kaioshin's planet, Goku is sent back in time to the original planet Vegeta. There he takes the name Yamoshi, becomes the first Super Saiyan God, and before he can defeat the Saiyans he mysteriously disappears. Hire me, Toei.
