Let's say that when the Saiyans attacked, the Tsufurians had developed drone technology designed to cut off the Oozaru tails and then wipe out the Saiyans using their superior technology, with some survivors being taken as test subjects as a way of the Tsufurians being able to combat the Saiyans should some of them still have survived.

What happens now? Does Freeza still arrive on Planet Sadal and recruit the Tsufurians for their technological expertise? Will they ever rebel against Freeza? For this scenario, take into account Hatchiyack and Baby as examples of how powerful Tsufurian technology can become with enough time, though these two in particular aren't developed at the time they were due to the Tsufurians winning the war.

For the sake of simplicity due to them not having been referenced in Kai or Super, assume the timeline is an equivalent of the Pre-Super anime/GT timeline.

On Earth, Pilaf gets his wish. I'm not sure how exactly Shenron would have turned him into a world ruler anyway, maybe he brainwashes all earthlings except those who surpass Shenron's power (Kami and Popo). King Piccolo stays trapped. No Androids. Freeza's empire continues.
The only way for the story to be interesting after that is for someone to rebel against Freeza (Raichi or Myuu) and overthrow him. If we combine Raichi with Super timeline, Beerus might wake up and Raichi produces a Super Saiyan God by his machine producing a Yamoshi ghost.
