The biggest things I like here is...


1. Piccolo W/ Weights actually rivals Android 18 and Android 17. Which means Android 18 definitely rivals Android 17 despite him claiming he has no rival.

2. I've finally achieved the dream gaps of this for Vegeta/Trunks/Piccolo.

Now I would love to make Android 19 at 60% here, but it doesn't seem possible. 20 has to be getting his confidence from somewhere, he has to at least be a bit stronger than 19 Post, but yeah, that's the only issue. 19 Post being 56% or so of Vegeta isn't the end of the world so long as I make everything else consistent with it. Right?

Not necessarily. Weighted Piccolo can rival them both by being stronger than one and weaker than the other. Something like:

Calling someone a rival is pretty much the same as "almost as strong", which means "a tiny beat weaker".

Anything over 90% is rivaling. The Weighted boost probably just stopped mattering after this point.

That works so long as Piccolo’s speed doesn’t keep up with his power as indicated.

Yeah, making Future 17 = Future 18 equals is a viable option to help bring down that number.

There's a few things you can do, it all depends on what you prioritize.

Tbh I think having 17 be at 30-33% isn’t the end of the world.

Well you start with the Base Boys Pre-Rosat being around 18 and then everyone gets stronger from there.

The Base Saiyans are 50x weaker than the Super Saiyans.

The Post Rosat Saiyans are more or less 10x the Pre-Rosat Saiyans.

And how can we make it make sense that Gero, with Piccolo's energy plus the Humans', is greater than Super Saiyan Vegeta (Estimated)?

Gero would have to increase his power by about 1% to go from being clearly inferior to Super Saiyan Vegeta (Estimated) to being at least equal to him.
