SSJ2 -- 4x SSJ
SSJ2 Enranged -- 4.5x SSJ ( Gohan SSJ2 Cell Games )

There are quotes from Boo Saga that implie that Gohan had indeed a rage boost; but why such a small boost ? You have Vegeta/Goku SSJ2 at 88% of Gohan SSJ2 ( Enranged ). I think there should be a notable boost for Gohan's rage, not only a 12% increase.

Yea I've upgraded my list majorly. Damn it has taken some serious work but its in. Getting close to near perfection. New Fusion theory too. Hopefully that thinking process is over with haha, fusion theory is stupidly mind numbing.

I actually am really liking this method. This allows me to make Kid Gohan = Pre Majin Vegeta and the Rage Boost being what Vegeta cannot catch up to yet. I like it a lot actually. Rage boost can vary and you know how I feel about what a rage boost entails remember?

In my logic Tien should always be ahead of Krillen. Yamcha comment doesn't mean anything regarding Tien just how Vegetto being the strongest means nothing regarding Gokhan.

After rereading the Freeza Saga I found out that Goku showcases two different powers against Freeza in his base form.

One is his initial power. With this level he immediately clowns Freeza. Then Freeza stops messing around and Freeza has a slight edge over this power.

They both admit they haven't been going all out and then the real fight begins.

Goku ( All Out ) > Goku ( Warm Up )

I think that's pretty standard.

In the anime, Base Goku vs Freeza isn't so clear, but, in the manga, Goku is shown with a kaioken aura right
after he and Freeza declare the warm up is over. That indicates Goku was also considering kaioken when he
was talking about going all out. In other words, he used the following powers...
1. Full Base: During his warm up with Freeza.
2. Kaioken (less than 10x): Against No Hands Freeza. He's still below 10fold, because Freeza says Goku has
more power to spare and Goku agrees.
3. 10x Kaioken: Against 50% Freeza only.

Goku ( All Out ) vs Goku ( Warm Up ) should be a pretty one sided affair.

It might not, but it's still nice to have two(+) levels just for the sake of differentiation, like many tend to do with DB levels where suppression isn't even a thing.

The first scan is weird because Goku has Kaioken eyes, but the eyes are not sustained like that.

Look when Goku is using the Kaioken x10... he has exactly the same aura that he has now against Freeza without hands.

Freeza's aura is different; it has more sharp edges. Anyway, in the manga, it's hard to tell the difference
between kaioken and the white aura most warriors have.
