He was said to have destroyed galaxies over time, but the feats he showed were at best Multi-Solar System level destructive feats. There is the implication he could have destroyed Otherworld, which is Universal in size. However, it could easily be taken that those anime exclusive feats along with Gohan Boo's Vice Shout were overall outliers when it comes to GT when considering GT's power chain definitely ignores the anime scaling of Pure Boo ~ SSJ Vegetto, as does Super's anime ignore the Universe level implications for Z characters.
