The way in which LSSJ Broly (M8) = FP Perfect Cell makes sense

This is a theory, if you want to disagree you're free to do so.

TOEI was already aware of how strong half of power SSJ Goku was:

Which is as simple as to double that power to make M8 Goku's hypothetical power.

Even though, Goku never showed his power at full condition Pre Rosat, he was fairly aware that he can't defeat Cell or the androids:

In a similar fashion, he confirms that RSSJ Broly's power is greater than all of them:

This makes the gap massive in between Broly and Goku:

LSSJ Broly > SSJ Broly > RSSJ Broly > FP Goku.

Broly tanked Goku's Kamehameha:

Even if you want to speculate that was not a full power Kamehameha, TOEI was still aware at the fact that new version of Kamehameha > Kamehameha from saiyan saga as stated by Piccolo in the Imperfect Cell arc:

I don’t really have an opinion on this since it’s all Toei filler to me, but I think it’s possible this Goku is weaker than his Cell Games self.

It’s not a matter of Tori being “aware” of how strong Goku is, it’s whether they wanted him to be that strong. Garlic Jr was released well into the Saiyan Saga but Toei chose to use BoZ Goku instead.

In Daizenshuu 6# the abyss between Broly LSSJ and Z Fighters in the Movie is explicit, not to mention that the Z fighters were revived several times and Goku had a "TOEI UP" to defeat Broly (I just think that Movie 10 should be another villain and movie 11 about Broly's return only better without Bio-Broly)

Broly is too weak to be compared with SPC, who couldn't do anything FP Perfect Cell couldn't replicate even assuming Goku from this movie was Cell Games Goku.

To be fair, when Toei ain't aware of something they decide to do what they want; this is the reason as to why they decided to put Goku at 30.000, because his PL wasn't revealed yet. Same reason as to why Piccolo and Gohan are weaker than Goku and Vegeta in M6 and M8.

But, from then, we have:

M2 Goku = Saiyan Saga Goku

M4 Goku = Pre Zenkai Goku

M5 Goku = Stronger than Namek Goku, SSJ Goku vs 100% Freeza was still in TV

M6/7 Goku = Pre Rosat Goku

So, even though, Goku in the anime was never shown in a healthy condition Pre Rosat even though they played him twice in the movies. Why would something change on here with Cell Games Goku?

This is me defending the position of Goku being CG level in this movie, not because I think everything else I posted.
