If we take the little omake that Toriyama drew as canon, there already is. In the DB World, however, it most likely wouldn't have the Christian element to it and be more about food and presents, so pretty standard. The only time it would be of much significance would be in the Freeza Arc as the battle against Freeza took place on 24th December, so that could lead to the Earthlings introducing Christmas to the Namekians and Vegeta.
