It seems that at least Beerus (Pre Broly) is slightly inferior to Vegetto SSJB (Arc Zamasu / Manga) and Broly LSSJ.

In the Manga we have Beerus (ToP), Quitela, Rumoosh and Mosco being overwhelmingly more powerful than the other Hakaishins, which suggests that only the last 4 should be on the level of their Anime Counterparts. Surely in the Arc Actual, all the Hakaishins (with the exception of the retired Belmod) must have ignited en masse to make sense of Beerus (Current) speaking of them with any relevance.

In Chapter 66 of the Manga, when Beerus was willing to help Goku against Moro, Beerus commented "If the other Gods of Destruction saw this it would be the end. Let's finish quickly."

I would say so. His quote to Vegeta about his power being more or less unlimited would suggest as much.
