Hard to tell, but from what I've seen people give too much credit to Goku for giving his ass against Merged Zamasu, of course, I'm not denying that Goku could've gotten stronger, but saying that he made unquantifable gains.

From what I've seen is pretty much difficult to make a comparison in between both arcs from the inconsistencies the scalling it has (at least talking about the Goku Black arc), but a power comparison in between Jiren against either Vegetto or Merged Zamasu is pretty much speculative and it depends at what you think is correct, because both Shin and Vegeta's statements about Jiren's power are pretty much questionable. I personally think that Jiren is stronger than them but not in his very initial and most highly suppressed state.

Why is the Genki Sword above the Genkidama which is pushed by a much stronger character with genki that exceeds the genki Trunks collected?

I'm not sure what the difference is between Goku (127) and Goku (123) but I pretty much agree with the list.

127 Goku was fighting alongside SSJBE Vegeta without Kaio-Ken, and when he did use Kaio-Ken Jiren had to flare up and put more effort to counter him.

I don’t know what are you trying to argue, yes, in the manga Toyotaro can choose to do whatever he wants, but in the anime is different. In the manga, Merged Zamasu can be awfully weak, but that doesn’t affect his anime counterpart at all, Merged Zamasu in the manga is far weaker than a God of Destruction while Vegetto can be stronger, but, considering that the one who said that Vegetto can be stronger than Beerus is Shin it makes the notion as something relative as Shin has shown to not be exactly reliable on those kind of things. Anyways, considering that this is from the Anime versions, we don’t know how exactly Vegetto or Merged Zamasu stacks up to Beerus, as the narrative just requires Beerus to be stronger than blues, and that Vegetto and Zamasu are relative in power (unlike the manga) or at the very least, Zamasu is above Ssj God Vegetto as he choose to use Blue instead of God.

I don’t see how anime Vegetto can be weaker than his manga counterpart, as Goku never achieved or fused the God power into his SSJ form, unlike the anime. Also Broly Gogeta being stronger than Beerus isn’t much as anime Beerus doesn’t have that much feats supporting his power, unlike his manga counterpart, Goku can also be comparing Broly in an inferior form, but Goku’s statement can be taken how someone wants, even then, nothing remotely compares Beerus with Broly aside of that.

Yeah, he says it's like a Genkidama so we would assume that it's very similar. Beyond the components of the attack and whoever is commanding it, I'm not sure how you would conclude that Trunks' attack is greater than Goku's.

I'll have to rewatch Episode 127 to make that judgment. I do recall Blue Goku fighting without Kaioken briefly but Android 17 was also able to fend off Jiren momentarily despite being Blue level at best.

Zamasu being weakened is possible, but not definitive:

1- Zamasu can't keep up anymore with Vegetto's speed, something which is pointed out by Vegetto himself. As well as how strength and speed are remarked as a pack in attributes in some instances such as Vegeta stating how fast and heavy the attacks Kid Buu launched at him.

2- Zamasu's emotion were taking part of him when he took that ugly form, which means that he wasn't on a straight state of mind.

Although, this doesn't establish a comparison between Jiren and Zamasu as Jiren never received the direct impact.

I don't think that was Vegetto's full power, though. Vegetto's punch to the face has a greater impact than his Final Kamehameha, as well as he didn't immediately defused. But I can see a point as to that also being the case since Shin stated that Goku and Vegeta can't access into SSJ after using the Final Kamehameha as Vegetto.

Based on what I mentioned, the components. The argument you proposed is not a valid argument because you're presupposing a conclusion. For you to prove that Trunks' Genki Sword is stronger, you are going to have to prove that Jiren was in fact, weaker than Merged Zamasu. This is strange since the entire purpose of the discussion is to conclude where each fighter belongs on the tier list and yet you are using placement on said tier list to try to prove your point.

It wouldn't matter. That's the only metric we can go by. But regardless, Goku compares it to his own and Kaioken x20 Blue Goku is stronger than Rage Trunks. Going by what we know, Goku's U7 Genkidama should be stronger.

Merged Zamasu didn't really seem crippled by Vegetto's attacks but regardless, we are told that Trunks' Genki Sword has the strongest energy he's ever seen.

Nerfed multipliers in the case of Gogeta.

Normal multipliers for Vegetto, before Goku and Vegeta will hit God level.
