#1 - Goku VS Jackie Chun - Good choreography. It was interesting to see each of them constantly countering each other's moves, the scale of spectacle was great with Goku's Oozaru transformation and Roshi's Moon bust, plus the ending made it easily the closest match in the entire series.
#2 - Goku VS Tenshinhan. Had great choreography, particularly in the anime, and had a lot of nice twists to it. It falls short mainly because the climax has far less of a sense of intensity when it was mainly luck dependant and the Kikoho wasn't as impressive as the Oozaru Goku VS Manly GAINZ Roshi portion.
#3 - Goku VS Kuririn - It was a nice way of showing how much Kuririn had progressed and the tone makes it quite interesting. In a tournament where the focus was a tense school rivalry in which the Tsuru Sennin school put Yamcha in a dangerous position, it was nice to see how different Goku reacted to fighting Kuririn to how he would take on Ten. It shows pretty well how Goku considers Kuririn a true friend.
#4 - Jackie Chun VS Tenshinhan - The anime helped it quite a bit with the additional fighting scenes. Most of all, it was nice to see Roshi start to bring forth the conclusion of his character arc in passing the torch to the next generation.
#5 - Kuririn VS Jackie Chun - Had a good balance of seriousness and comedy as Kuririn used unorthodox tactics to compete with a far superior opponent.
