Marik was toying with Yugi who had Obelisk and Slifer. The only reason Yugi won was because of Ragnarok. I really dont see Rafael or Joey being on the winning end against a Yugi with Slifee and Obelisk

It may not matter overall, but in the manga Yugi used Magical Dimension to kill Ra. Ragnarok was made up entirely for the anime, never to be seen again.

I think I'll raise Marik and Dartz. I've been underestimating Marik's power with Ra. He was lethal. Yugi with two Gods could barely handle him while he was toying around. Dartz is just on another level. I think Yugi or Atem at the end of the series might be able to find some hocus pocus bullshit way around his Orichalcos cards, but otherwise he's way too broken.

Yami Bakura above Rafael? Is that because he had Yugi in a corner while Rafael beat a lesser Atem?

I'm not sure how to gauge Rafael's strength because in-universe it's treated like Atem only lost because he was tricked into playing the Seal, but you could also make the argument that he had both Hermos and Timaeus in his arsenal when he beat him in the rematch. Altogether I'd put him a smidgen below a non-corrupted Atem while Bakura only seems to fear a user of the god cards in my opinion.
