Given how fast the Saiyans were improving I wouldn’t be surprised if Cabba had a rage boost or something. 4th form Freeza is easily stronger than Frost.

Dyspo’s power is probably comparable to Frost or something while his speed is a few steps below SSJB. In his ultra form I think his power catches up to his base speed and his speed shoots up a lot, not sure by how much though. Above Jiren?

The only problem with Dyspo being Frost level is Dyspo nearly beating Hit unless you want to chalk it up to Toei's ridiculous emphasis on strategy over power, especially since Hit stomped him after figuring out how to counter his speed.

Exactly. This is how I always interpreted the fight. Hit needed a minute to analyze Dyspo’s fighting style, and Dyspo never did any serious damage to him. Goku and Freeza didn’t have the same issue because they watched him fight from far away.

Jiren at the beginning of Chapter 129 fights even more seriously compared to his counterpart who turns on in Chapter 127?

We can see at the end of Chapter 128, Goku activating the UI Sign for the 3rd time and dodge Jiren's best hits, then UI Sign Goku hits Jiren that hurts a lot. He then starts Chapter 129 and Jiren from the start, matches UI Sign Goku's speed and surpasses Goku in strength. I mean before Goku throws the Kamehameha at him.
