The gaps should work fine. Sixteen & Vegeta SSjG2 could already be exhausted from their bout's.

Except Sixteen has unlimited stamina and Vegeta didn't show any signs of tireness.

Make the new Kaio-Ken multiplier work with Toriyama's levels, otherwise you're just being arrogant, there is no reason for that unless you dislike Super a whole lot.

I don't think Toriyama really cares to keep track of his numbers, otherwise Goku and the others would be far higher than the 400s by Z.
