Toyotaro on how strong Pre Wish Gas and Granolah are

Uchida asks if they’re above Nappa, Toyotaro agrees and says they’re probably above the Ginyu Force too. Uchida then says they don’t look stronger than Namek Freeza, Toyotaro agrees and says they’re Abo and Cado level, on pair with Freeza’s best soldiers.

Abo and Cado’s powers is very confusing in itself, so I think Toyotaro meant Abo and Cado before they reached Freeza’s level. That would place Granola and the Heeters between Recoome and 1st form Freeza.

Weren’t they already taking the wish into account?

Nah any of these guys reaching 1st form Freeza is crazy already. What does their strength matter if they’re getting a wish anyway lol

What level of Fight have Granolah, Gas, Maki, Oil and Elec?

Gas and Granolah were lumped together for some reason, but there’s a huge gap between them. I think:

1st form Freeza >=< Gas > Elec > Oil = Maki > Granola > Ginyu.

Oil and Maki appear to be the same, and Gas suggests Elec trained him so he’s probably above the other two.

I’ll check the manga to see if I can get a better answer about Gas vs Freeza.

I'm hearing these names for the very first time. Gas, Granolah and Oil are comically bad.

I imagine Oil with the voice of Horacio from 101 Dalmatians in the Animated version and Elec with the voice of Gaspar from 101 Dalmatians.

Oil and Macki appear to be Elec's pups.

Gas is a Medusa, as Jellyfish live for about 600 years and it fits very well with his power progress that he had during the 40 years and comparing with the maximum power that he reached through desire.

Toriyama tends to name his characters after foods and appliances. Gas is just terrible though, could've been GASLIGHT instead.
