What is your best guess for the increase given by the fruit from the Tree of Might?

Per individual fruit?

That wouldn't make much sense, considering Tullece states that he'd eaten the Shinseijuu countless times before.

As for the topic, it's likely dependant on how rich the energy of the planet is. For the ones we saw on Earth, likely a 10x boost at least, probably a little higher, considering the gap between Base Goku and Tullece didn't seem to be too large prior to him eating the fruit.
