Via anime-scaling, Freeza ought to win with mid-diff at best, considering Goku implied Freeza had gotten stronger overall and not just in his Golden form.

What's your point? You can't compare the manga and the anime like that. Toyotaro himself says there's no direct link to the anime and manga.

You also can't compare the FnF Movie to the arc in Super, since there's a difference in several key events (Tagoma's role, Piccolo's death, etc.) either. The former is the only one that implies any existence of Saiyan Beyond God, and only really in it's manga counterpart. The existence of such a form isn't implied in the slightest in the anime, especially when Goku uses SSB for anything that isn't enough for his lower SSJ forms, rather than just using this "Saiyan Beyond God".

Saiyan Beyond God is just a scrapped idea used for cherrypicking with Super's powerscaling without the slightest implication for it.

Galu and Vegina's Base form as listed in the DBH cards of their FnF selves and somewhat implied in the FnF manga through Goku displaying his SSG power in base against Whis. Otherwise, there's no suggestion of it's existence in either the DBS Anime or Manga and it's just a way for fans to cherrypick when it comes to Base Goku's fights because they can't accept the fact of characters like Piccolo or Future Trunks getting so strong.
