He's 140,000,000

Freeza and Cold are both confirmed to be suppressed when they approach Earth, yet they still make everyone terrified. I have Freeza suppressed to a lower level than Cold as a way to sort of make sense of the anime, where it was stated that Cold's power made Freeza's look puny. Freeza said that he became more powerful after becoming MECHA, but he's still unsure about his ability to handle Namek Goku (which says something, considering Freeza's arrogance), relying on Cold for back-up. In the Daizenshuu, Cold is stated to be slightly inferior to Freeza, and in the manga Cold says that anyone that could beat Freeza would automatically be considered the strongest in the universe.

I didn't include a suppressed power level for Mecha Freeza. I didn't even include the Saiyans Base forms.

Mecha Freeza felt confident in defeating Goku alongside the aid of King Cold, but he also felt confident that he could at least fight Goku on his own.

He should definitely be weaker then Goku was on Namek.

Freeza: “We can definitely defeat him if we go at him together, Papa. And I’ve powered up too, so I think I can probably go alone.”

Freeza states he can probably beat Goku by himself, but then he says they would ''definitely'' beat him if he and his father team up.

Also Trunks got way stronger than he was in the Mecha Arc

Freeza cannot sense Ki, his opinion on its own is not reliable. Also, he says that he can just go alone, he never says anything about defeating him on his own. Because he states that they can definitely win together, but he doesn't say that he can win on his own, implies that he isn't completely certain.

Freeza has fought Goku, so he should know what he is capable of. Why would he be thinking about going alone if he knows he is weaker? He brought Cold in to be on the safe side, but he is more or less confident that he can defeat him by himself.
