I'm actually surprised that hasn't happened. A new girlfriend for Yamucha seems like a character that would write itself.

Especially after he broke a public gym. And that scar and Puar....not to mention he used to ride that hoverscooter.
Got me wondering if Toriyama plans on having any characters in the other universes who are parallel versions of the Universe 7 characters.
