Tsuru-Sen'nin stomps. Tsuru was implied to be ahead of 22nd Kuririn and Yamcha (since the first said to surpass Tsuru was Roshi). 22nd Kuririn was confident in winning the tournament despite have seen Goku's Uranai Baba strength. I have:

Taopaipai - 400
Son Goku (post Karin) - 450
Yamcha (22nd Budôkai) - 585
Kuririn (22nd Budôkai) - 600
Tsuru-Sen'nin - 900

Tsuru wins. He trained for 4 months prior to the 23rd and got too strong to be allowed in the tournament as a result :troll :troll

Same as already said above. The only reason to even slightly sway in Taopaipai's favour was the hype both Roshi and Tsuru Sennin gave towards Tao, and in neither case does it scale towards them, or mean much at all when Yamcha/Kuririn >> Taopaipai is far more solid than the opposite.

Tsuru-sen'nin wins with ease. Tao in his prime might be able to win though.
