Avatar Goku stomps. He is certainly much stronger, while Chapter 70 Goku doesn't have to be more than 1.25x stronger than Chapter 66 UI Goku.

It happens to me that I don't see a big difference between UI Goku Avatar over Planet Moro and the latter is just a little stronger than UI Goku.

Do you have UI Goku (Chapter 70) being 1.25x stronger than UI Goku (Chapter 66)? It was in Chapter 70 when Granolah made the wish, it was when Whis declared that Goku and Vegeta were the most powerful in the Universe.
