Manga-wise: Champa would win due to UI having poor stamina at this point. Even if not factoring that in, I'd probably give it to Champa as the only Hakaishin that Belmod (and, by extension, Jiren) needs to be stronger than is Sidra, whereas Champa was capable of going up against Beerus back when the latter was somewhat weaker.

Anime-wise: Goku stomps when considering the implication of Jiren > All Hakaishin (pre-Beerus retcon) and superior reactions.

And don't you think it's possible that Beerus has greatly increased his power since his confrontation thousands of years ago with Champa, to the present?

Perhaps Shin knew of Beerus' power from thousands of years ago, when it was barely over Champa. Perfectly Beerus became very strong. In the pre-ToP, Beerus treated Champa as a weak complement.

Perhaps there is a huge gap between the stronger Hakaishins over the weaker Hakaishins.

He did, as evidenced by the battle royale, but Champa isn't suggested to be on the low tier of the Hakaishin and Beerus isn't explicitly noted to have vastly powered up since then. Champa's still most likely in the top 5 as far as Hakaishin go, only definitely behind Beerus, Quitela and Rumoosh.

Champa's slight inferiority to Beerus wasn't contradicted in the god battle royale, and since Beerus is still far too much for Goku, that should apply to Champa as well. Goku would get his ass kicked.

Does the DBS Broly Novel count as a continuation of the Anime?

I'm thinking about the possibility of having:

Gogeta SSJB (Anime) = Gogeta PSSJB (Manga) >>> UI Goku (ToP / Anime) > Jiren (Beyond Limits / Anime) >> Jiren (FP / Anime) > Belmod (Anime) >= Broly SSJFP = Vegetto SSJB ( Manga) >= Beerus (BoS to ToP) >>>>>>>>>> Gogeta SSJ (Arc Broly) >= Broly SSJ > UI Goku (Manga) > Jiren (Beyond Limits / Manga) >> Jiren (FP / Manga) > Belmod (Manga).

The other questions are, in the DBS novel:

Do they fight Broly SSJ vs Gogeta SSJ?

Was Gogeta an SSJB or PSSJB?

I’d think the movie is the official for both anime and manga unless we get proper adaptations for each medium. Movie novelizations always follow the same plot but with extra insight and scenes that didn’t make the cut, so they’re pretty much guidebooks in that regard.

I have SSJB Gogeta >> LSSJ Broly >>> SSJ Broly > UI Goku > BL Jiren > FP Jiren > Belmond > Beerus in both versions.

Obviously for both. Novels alays follows the same plot as the movie, and PSSJB has 100% replaced SSJB by this point. Whether SSJB Gogeta was at full power is another matter, but I think he was at least > his SSJG level.
