UI Goku (ToP) vs UI Sing Goku (Initial / Arc Moro)?

Piccolo and Gohan could watch the initial match between UI Goku (ToP) vs Jiren (Beyond Limits) until they both increased their speed.

A much more powerful Gohan and Piccolo cannot see UI Sing Goku (Initial) against Moro and even Piccolo declares that Goku must have trained like crazy.

I don’t think UI Sign Goku (Moro) has to be faster than MUI Goku (ToP) since Piccolo and Gohan couldn’t keep up with the latter’s full speed anyway.
