Jiren can block it with little damage, maybe even punch it away with enough effort. Vegeta says he never felt a Ki as strong as Jiren’s in episode 122, but Jiren had yet to power up in that episode. Meaning he must have powered up when he flared his aura at the end of his fight with Goku in episode 110.

That's true, but if indeed Jiren (Episode 122) = Jiren (Peak Episode 110). It would mean that this is the second time that Vegeta has felt such an immense Ki in Chapter 122.

I'm thinking Jiren (Peak Episode 110) = UI Sign Goku (Kamehameha vs Kefla).

I don't think Jiren powered up and UI Omen Goku (116) is much stronger than UI Omen Goku (110). His Kamehameha was enough to defeat SSJ2 Kefla so I think it would be enough to defeat Jiren (110).

I say this because Jiren looked very calm as he waited for UI Sign Goku to hit him. Jiren didn't seem at all prepared to take that hit from UI Sign Goku going full speed. Jiren had no way of knowing that Goku would lose his UI Sign state at that moment.
