Maybe even 1.25x, that KHH fucked her up to the point of forcibly defusing.

I think their time ended up just as Goku finished them. One shotting someone into defusing is a multifold gap, assuming it’s even possible. Only time we ever saw that was in Movie 13, which is non canon.

Edit: Come to think of it, Gohan did make Buff Cell “defuse” from 18. Does that count?

Well defusing also happens when exerting a lot of power in the case of Vegetto Blue. I don't think the Kamehameha was completely to blame here as Vados comments on how Kefla is using whatever remaining energy she had into her final attack. She was already nearly gassed out after she unleashed the attack so the Kamehameha was just the breaking point that completely exhausted all of her energy taking that attack which caused them to forcibly defuse.

I think the Kamehameha is definitely stronger since it's the only attack powerful enough to wound Kefla.
