Ulti vs Marineford Crocodile

[SSJ2]

Who wins?

[Captain Cadaver]

Ulti gets wrecked. She could barely clash with a Busoshoku enhanced Base Luffy and got flung away by his Gear 2nd self, her best feat was pinning Base Luffy down. You can argue she overpowered Gear 2nd or 3rd Luffy, but that doesn't seem to be the case when he wasn't using any of their enhancements. Meanwhile, Crocodile endured a direct hit from Diamond Jozu, briefly fought on par with Doflamingo and was able to prove somewhat of a distraction to Akainu, not to mention has far more versatile techniques than just relying on pure strength.
