Ultimate Gohan & Goku VS Gotenks Boo

Lets say somehow, there's enough time for Elder Kaioshin to do the ritual for both Gohan and Goku and Goku is revived immediately upon seeing Gotenks and Piccolo get absorbed. Out of caution, Boo is taking the fight serious and going for the kill. Can the father and son overcome Boo through teamwork?

Doesn't SS3 draw out a Saiyan's power to it's limits? If the ritual draws out a person beyond their limits then obviously U. good would be >> SS3 Goku... But how far past their limits does it go? We know Gohan's limits >> Galu's, so U. Goku would be undoubtedly weaker than U. Gohan. I think they get stomped as father and son.

SSJ3 doing that is only suggested in the Daizenshuu. Pretty conflicting when SEG gives it a multiplier.

As for thread, I think Gotenks Boo still has this. I can see Goku getting to maybe half of Gohan's power. Even if I were to assume he gets close, I think Gotenks Boo would won if serious.

I'd assume that the SEG statement refers to a Saiyan's current limit rather than their natural limit. Makes the most sense, unless you believe Galu made poor GAINZ in the decade between Boo and the 28th TB. The Elder Kaioshin ritual would be vastly greater with it seeming to point towards the latter form of limits, given Galu referred to bringing someone beyond their limits as not that rare prior, thereby referring to the current limits in that case.

I don't think Daizenshuu and SEG contradict each other here. Goku admited he was maxed out after Rosat, so unlocking the final Saiyan transformation while being on your limits would bring you to your utmost limit. Though he does get stronger training on the Other World, but i'd chalk it up to his dead body not being as limited as his alive one. He did manage to maintain Super Saiyan 3 much better while dead, after all.

As for the OP, Boo wrecks them. Chou Goku would be no different from SSJ3 Goku.

I think they'd have a better chance if Goku managed to distract Boo for a few seconds, and let Gohan try to KHH him. Considering Vegeta's explosion didn't kill Boo, I'd think even with a KHH, Boo would survive Goku's attack. Hell, he may even survive one from Gohan. I think they'd need to hit him simultaneously tbh

Would make sense given Toriyama had stated they were at their maximum strength during the Boo arc.

I think Goku would end up at around 1/10th of Gohan's power. Gotenks-Boo still wins with ease, unless Goku and Gohan have some Potara on hand.
