I’m not the most educated with power levels and scaling but, don’t most Super characters outclass even EoZ pretty heavy? Regardless tho, I’d say Goku due to Whis training/god ki control. Especially since they stopped training in SSJ+ and were working purely on base form

From my limited knowledge on scaling, I’d say ToP Base Goku > Buu saga and below

Well we have an issue.

And this is manga only.

Piccolo seems to outclass Base Goku at U6 Tournament, yet at ToP, Piccolo is definitely below Ultimate Gohan.

I could see that. Also I had no idea Ultimate Gohan > ToP Piccolo. From my understanding tho Base Goku at ToP would roughly be around Kid Buu level, from what I’ve seen at least. Is Kid Buu stronger than Buutenks? From what I remember there’s always the debate of “well Kid Buu is pure evil etc”

if Base ToP Goku = Kid Buu then I’d put him ahead of Ultimate Gohan, not by much tho
