I already answered this on DBZF. Gohan winning is a possibility but I'm not so sure I'd give him the win. He's got like a 1.1x advantage at best and Gogeta is a much better fighter than Gohan.

SSj Gogeta would beat Gohan as bad as SSj Vegetto beat Buuhan. SSj3 is overkill. If fusion can take two SSj's that at best might be comparable to a SSj from the Cell games, and give them a SSj3 form that is over half of Gohan's power, what does anything thing would happen when you fuse a SSj3 and a high tier SSj2 fighter?
