I have Mystic Gohan exactly 1000x stronger than Goku SSJ3.

Had this thread opened months earlier, I would have said that Gohan wins. But AT seems to think that Goku is the strongest. And knowing that he's still weaker than Frieza, it doesn't appear that he got much stronger since Boo Saga. And considering that indirectly admitted that the authot can mess with what was already established, I see no problem with it, especially when you know that in Boo Saga had conflicting informations. At least now, the answer is clear to me.
