Remove the forehead stamp, of course. Keep the bulging veins and black eyeliner. I'd also make the hair shaggier so it's not just a straight recolor. The hair should be purple. The irises should be yellow with black pupils.
"Majin'' seems to be the most popular incarnation of Vegeeta in the original manga, so I think it should have been the basis for a Vegeeta-exclusive transformation like UE.

The eyebrow-less, Neanderthal-ish look was a mistake for it. That look has always been polarizing since it was used for SS3. Some people like it because it looks primal, but others dislike it because they think it looks stupid. Furthermore, Toriyama went out of his way not to give Vegeeta SS3 and even in Daima it seems he's gonna abandon the form. Contrived for to get another form that looks like SS3; it just raises the question of why he didn't have SS3 before.

But Vegeeta's physique is too slim in SDBH. Plus he's not showing enough skin, so you can't see enough of the bulging veins.
