Ultra Instinct Goku vs SSB Gogeta

In the Super Heroes recent episode, Goku tells Vegeta to fuse because he does not know if he will be able to use MUI again so does not that implies MUI is stronger than SSB Gogeta? I have always viewed SSJB Gogeta and MUI as even in strength as the Broli movie never showed anything proving Broli is stronger than Jiren.

Also is it possible that in the Broli movie, The ToP played differently and in this time line Jiren is weaker than the actual Top Jiren in the series? Makes sense as kaioken and SSBE were not presented along with UI.
So going by Toriyama way, MUI ~ SSB Gogeta>|~ Limit Breaking Jiren > Broli >|~ Beerus > Jiren Toriyama alternative

I personally don't care about what DB Heroes is trying to establish, but given how difficult the creators are intentionally making Ultra Instinct to access, I wouldn't be surprised if it does turn out to be more powerful than Fusion when Goku finally manage to use it to its fullest potential.

As it stands, though, I give the win to Gogeta due to a combination of power (definitely true in manga, debatable in anime) and stamina disadvantage.

Jiren is stated to be stronger than the gods in the guidebooks. He is stated to be stronger than Belmod in the manga. In the anime, Whis states there is a mortal stated to be stronger than his god who is stronger than Beerus and its later confirmed to be Jiren. Belmod is at least in par with Beerus, its implied and nothing states Beerus might be stronger so how can you say Jiren is still weaker. Hell, Jiren even broke his limits making it more ridiculous. Nothing indicates there is even a huge difference between Beerus and Belmod.

Even then, MUI is clearly ahead of the gods which is the reason Goku was able to master it and the gods so to say its a retcon just to justify the Broli movie is a huge plot hole.

Maybe if you compare the Broli movie to the manga then it might work but in the anime, Jiren and Goku being the strongest is clear.

While heroes is a joke, I tried to show TOEI scaling as oppoaite to Toriyama. Toei seems to think UI is at least in par with SSJB Gogeta. This is why I scaled it the way I did like: SSJB Gogeta ~ MUI Goku >/~ Jiren (TOEI anime) > Broli >/~ Beerus > Jiren (DBS Broli alternative time line)

Next villians being stronger is true but this movie was created by Toriyama who had zero to do with Super and the movie contradicts the series.

I don't think there is any reason to think so deep about this. AT gave them the stories and out-lines for DB-Super so he did have something to do with that. Kaio-Ken SSJ-Blue & stuff like that is just non-sense Toei created. The basic out-line still remains the same and who is more powerful than who. AT also created Jiren & I doubt he wrote Broly with the intent of him being below Jiren. The idea is clearly that Broly is too much for either Goku or Vegeta so that'd translate into Toei-verse as-well, if you must you could always think that in Toei-verse Broly is also way above SSJ-Blue KKx20 Goku because the basic idea still remans, which is Broly >>> Goku/Vegeta.

Also maybe I'm remembering wrong but I heard that Toei doesn't care about Heroes, but maybe that was because the Broly movie was their priority at the time.

Gogeta is much stronger as a fusion of Blue and Metamoran Fusion Dance. Kefla was able to rival a weaker version of Ultra Instinct with just Potara and Super Saiyan 2.
