Unarmed Bear Thief vs hippo

This guy goes for a walk through the local swamp. He also robs a baby hippo. Adult hippp comes after him.

Hippo here chases off lions. But I've also seen 4-5 lions kill a hippo, on land. Once one gets the neck that's pretty much the end of the line. They wait for it to stop moving while holding it down.

Hippos here don't try to chase an elephant.

A hippo probably has a mass advantage but would be slow compared to the Bear Thief. Unarmed could make it interesting though... Honestly not sure.
