Who is currently the better sniper?

Probably Van Auger via feats and hype. His sniping in the Jaya Arc was more impressive than anything Usopp's shown thus far, plus being a Yonko's sniper gives him bragging rights. Given the need for the Straw Hats to improve, I'd assume Usopp would need a power up + complete control of Kenbunshoku Haki before he can go up against Auger, since either Auger and Yasopp will likely be Usopp's ultimate challenge.

It's also possible that Van Auger has a Devil Fruit now considering the crew is hunting for them.

Auger might not have even had haki when he made those shots in Jaya. So right now I definitely put him above Usopp.
