They'r evenly matched as Cell said. I suppose Cell Jr. might pull off the win, based on him not losing stamina like an unmastered (or semi-mastered?) Super Saiyan.

I wonder about Cell Jr's regen. We never got to see it in action, but I see no reason why it wouldn't be an ability to some degree. Also Vegeta never impressed me during the android arc, as he tended to misread his opponents.

Cell Jr's takes this with much difficulty.

They probably have Namekian genes as they do appear to have Saiyan genes based on their auras in the manga. But I guess their regeneration is just not as advanced as Cell's.

To be fair, they also have Yamcha and Tenshinhan doing better than Goku against them.

On topic, Cell stated that Vegeta and Trunks were just barely holding their own. Unless Vegeta somehow gets time to use a Final Flash, it's only a matter of time before he falls.

The two were evenly matched but I give it to the Cell Jr. in the end. I want to say the Cell Jrs. were toying with the others somewhat but vs. Vegeta, Trunks, and Piccolo to a lesser to extent they were a bit more serious. Vegeta is the only one we actually see score a hit but when he does the Cell Jr. he was fighting IMMEDIATELY returns it. Then again you have Cell saying Vegeta and Trunks were the only 2 who could actually fight back. I'm on the fence about who'd win. I don't take filler feats seriously (most of the time) I don't think a Cell Jr. could stop and deflect a Final Flash if a Supressed Cell couldn't. So if Vegeta can score a Final Flash than he wins, but otherwise I give this to the Cell Jr. for a slight power advantage, their huge movepool and they don't appear to suffer from stamina issues.

Cell Jr wins 7/10. Vegeta has the durability to last a long time in this fight.

Given that Vegeta had time to think in his mind, it's likely that the Cell Juniors weren't pushing him too hard. He'd win for sure.
