Trunks wouldn't have been born and I think Bulma's mother was past menopause, so no other child would have been born. Bulma rides the time machine herself to warn the others about Androids. No major changes at Cell Saga except that Gohan defeats Super Perfect Cell easier.
At Buu Saga, either Goku does the reasonable thing and defeats Fat Buu or lets him kill everyone until Ultimate Gohan arrives. Buu eventually absorbs Gohan. Goku/Vegeta return to Earth, fuse and the saga continues as we know it.
At DBS, without Trunks, supposing that Black Goku kills Alternate Bulma anyway, there is no one left to go back in time, so Zero Mortal Plan succeeds.

I love how Trunks was supposed to be one of the main people in the Cell Arc, but you can remove him and it doesn't do shit.

If she can still bear children, all that changes is that Trunks doesn't need to transform to have blonde hair. If she's gone through the menopause, either Withheld's scenario happens or Gohan is far more cautious in taking on the Artificial Humans and doesn't face them when he did in the main timeline, thus filling Trunks' role in the Cell Arc and Super.
