Case 1: Vegeta is not strong enough to beat Freeza
Freeza goes 50%-70% and stomps. Goku eventually shows up. He
starts gathering energy for spirit bomb, while Vegeta and the
others stall Freeza. He fires spirit bomb. Vegeta is too tired and
beaten to go SSJ anymore.
The group tries to decide what to do next, when Freeza shows up
again. Let's assume his first victim is Krillin again (besides, i don't
think he'd kill the rebellious Vegeta so fast; he'd like to torture him
first). Goku goes SSJ and the rest of the story goes as normal.

Case 2: Vegeta is strong enough to beat Freeza and forgets about
Kakarrot

Vegeta goes to rule PTO. The others go back to Earth. Without
Vegeta, Bulma comes from the future to warn them about Androids,
Piccolo saves Goku from Nineteen, Cell is killed before achieving
perfection, Dabura is beaten and no Buu.

Case 3: Vegeta is strong enough to beat Freeza and then moves
to his revenge against Kakarrot

Vegeta stomps Goku. The others interfrere to help him. Vegeta
stomps them too. Goku gets mad and goes SSJ. The others escape,
while the two Super Saiyans engage in a battle. Goku beats Vegeta
and escapes with Ginyu's pod. Vegeta is caught in Namek's explosion
(Freeza fired the ''5 minutes'' blast before Vegeta killed him) and dies.
After that, same as Case 2.

SSjin Vegeta is not enough for Freeza as Goku is way stronger than him but was about equals with Freeza. Scenario 1 is the best to go.

1. Then Vegeta and Freeza will have a match but evenly.
2. Goku might be able to help Vegeta to defeat Freeza.
3. After they win the battle against Freeza, Vegeta slaughters them.

Depends whether or not Vegeta lets Freeza power up. If he does, then nothing changes in their battle's outcome. However, seeing a Super Saiyan and soon seeing a Saiyan with far greater base power than Vegeta may cause Freeza to be more cautious and likely kill everyone before they can so much as think of forming a Genki-Dama. Short answer is Freeza wins before being killed by either Dabura or Beerus years later.

If Vegeta just kills Freeza immediately, then it's debatable what he'd do with Goku and his friends. On one hand, he could kill them all. On the other, he had no real reason to after solidifying his place as the strongest in the universe by his knowledge and had rid himself of the one who'd influenced his growth in being ruthless. My guess is he'd probably let them go, but not return to Earth with them, instead venturing out into space to train like in filler and maybe returning to Earth around the time Freeza did in canon to see how much the peons were below him. I imagine Goku would be capable of going SSJ by that point after intense training in the case Vegeta did decide to kill them and would've surpassed Vegeta once more. Trunks likely still appears, as Vegeta's loss to Galu would mean he'd likely still remain on Earth to train in the Gravity Chamber, and events go close enough to the same as in canon.

What about Cold? Vegeta kills him out in the space?

Assuming Cold finds out about Freeza's death, yeah. He'd probably track Vegeta down at some point, with Vegeta killing him.
