I usally go with that Vegeta's pl being around 300k so he'd have a pl of 900k, Frieza wrecks the prince still.

They would be around the same power, so it could go either way. I'd put my money on Vegeta though.

Goku proved that Kaioken is a shitty technique. Even with a massive advantage over Vegeta, he was unable to finish him off. Considering Vegeta may be at best equal to Freeza here, there's no way he can kill him.
