What number do you give him? I used to give him a proportianlly equal zenkai to what he got after Goku (1.33x),
placing him at 32k. But, the newer manga versions turned the ''20k'' error line to ''nearly 30k''. Is this a
correction approved by AT?

I'm pretty sure he wouldn't allow them to make actual changes to the manga without his consent considering that the only other changes are that May - M line in the Cell Game and the new ending for the final chapter (the latter of which he personally drew).
