I think UI Sign Goku > SSJBE Vegeta (Post Yardrat) >>> Gammas 1 & 2.

I think Gammas 1 & 2 are either comparable to SSJB Goku and Vegeta (End of the Moro Saga) or comparable to Ultimate Gohan (Moro Saga) and Piccolo overrated them.
