Galick Gun's multiplier is kind of inconsistent since on Earth Vegeta was able to stalemate a KKx3 Goku's KHH which puts it >> 1.33x Vegeta's pl but his Galick Gun was never portrayed to be such a game changer again and the attack he used on Recoome was likely stronger.

Wouldn't his GG stalemate vs SSJ2 Goku's KHH be a bigger ki amp feat than versus Kaiokenx3? That probably required an at least x2 amp (considering the amp Goku's KHH had vs Raditz and vs Cell).

Ki amp multipliers are kind of inconsistent. If Goku's KHH was a 2x+ multiplier for example then there is no way 50% Freeza would have been able to block a KKx20 KHH.

If Goku doesn't get amp from his KK Kamehameha, then things would be perfectly consistent.

Ki amp multipliers are kind of inconsistent. If Goku's KHH was a 2x+ multiplier for example then there is no way 50% Freeza would have been able to block a KKx20 KHH.

It's almost like KK Kamehameha has no amp...

This is upheld in the Cooler movie as well.

Vegeta has a maximum of 1.33x amp from his initial showing until he uses the BBA.

Final Crash, Galick Gun, Final Burst Cannon all use a 1.33x ki amplification. He cannot exceed this level until the Androids Saga.

Yeh I thought KKx20 was a weird one, I recall talking abiut it on the forum before. But I thought that it's just because the kkx20 is such huge strain already that he can't boost.

It is. Same goes for KKx3 and Kkx4 KHHs at the time from what I can see.

Well, I'd say Vegeta has had some time to train and Goku has clearly leveled up his Kamehameha.

I guess it doesn't have to be, but I think it would be weird if he didn't increase his ki amp. We know he does for FF.

A new attack should mean more power.

I've always seen it as Kaioken already exceeds the amplification of the KHH, so it doesn't gain an additional boost on top of it. You can ask why Goku would use the KHH over a regular ki blast, but the out of universe answer is because it's his main technique and is far cooler than a generic blast.

It’s possible other blasts would have negative amp as well. Kamehameha may still be his strongest attack.

A regular blast would be like trying to punch the GG away. It doesn’t represent all his power like the Kamehameha does.

Yes, but I think any generic ki blast has negative amp regardless of Kaioken. They’re expendable. Blasts that match your FP cost energy.
