Vegetto and SSJ4 Goku

i was a bit confused about this still... if it Was SSJ Vegetto > SSJ4 Goku or SSJ3 Vegetto > SSJ4 Goku / Baby Vegeta >> SSJ1 Vegetto

The first time I heard of it was back in 2013, when Kaboom said that he found a quote that implied that Super Vegetto~SSj4 Goku.

I thought it was interesting, and I rolled with it for a long time.

But after thinking about it, I thought that Super Vegetto~SSj4 Goku cannot work, so I went back to what I originally believed, which was that SSj4 Goku>>SSj3 Vegetto.

Nowadays, it's generally agreed that SSj3 Vegetto (Boo Arc) and SSj4 Goku have around the same "power level."

When you add this up with BoGT's implications, SSj3 Vegetto~SSj4 Goku is the only thing that really works out well.

It makes sense if you interpret it as SS3 Vegetto (Boo) ~ SS4 Goku. Considering SSJ Vegetto wasn't surpassed until Super Vegeta Baby, despite Base Goku (M2) > Base Vegetto, I could see Vegetto having a high enough SSJ multiplier to bring his SS3 into SS4 Goku/Golden Oozaru Baby tier.

No, it wouldn't. GT's multipliers are shite compared to Z's, and Super Saiyan 4 only appears to be a gigantic boost against Baby.

The sentiment Super Vegetto being anywhere near Super Saiyan 4 Goku is invalidated by the show. Anyone who argues against that is just showing their bias for Vegetto (or against GT).

With that said, I'm fine with Super Saiyan 3 being slightly stronger than Super Saiyan 4 Goku, but I don't think it's a requirement either. SS4 Goku could be a lot stronger than SS3 Vegetto and it wouldn't necessarily contradict anything from the show.

Multipliers mean nothing. Toei was not going like "lets make a small multiplier so Vegetto would be stronger" if its told that Goku > Boo in base then he has to be stronger than Vegetto

Either way, that's unlikely. Goku can't be stronger than SSj Vegetto in even his SSj3 form, as he can't say that Super Vegeta-Baby>>SSj3 Vegetto, since he's never felt SSj3 Vegetto's Ki. He's only felt SSj Vegetto.

You claim Toei wasn't thinking of multipliers but then say they were thinking of Goku > Vegetto when they put in a line disproving that.

That's such an out of universe answer. We were given clear a clear multiplier for Super Saiyan in GT, so work with it.

If you can find the statement, all the merrier, but I don't recall seeing it during the fight. As such, I don't see why the current consensus of a tiny multiplier should be ignored when there's a solid statement to support it. You run into a self-made problem if you seriously use the SEG multipliers.
