Videl was literally ducking and jumping around early on. Definitely looked like a smaller, well-trained fighter handling an unskilled, muscle-bound thug.

She’s still the strongest in the world but I agree it’s not a tremendous gap it’s more based on a combination of strikes than any individual strike.

This guy is probably rivaling Hercule I’d say, he’s huge.

The Bandit is 5.25 at a 1.33x gap. This dude is a monster beast, he appears to be quite powerful.

I think her follow up shots give off the impression she’s more powerful than her initial punch seems to indicate. He handled the first one rather well.

I think all really strong dudes need to be 6 and over.

Think about an untrained Hercule, he should still be around 6 or so.

Medium to Big guys are in the 6s and super elites are in the 7s

Look at the one where he says he's done playing around. Videl almost sends him to the next dimension and yet he gets up from it without much harm done. It's hard to rate him based on this. Maybe his durability is exceptional for some reason.

Yeah, it is difficult indeed. I don't think it's worth blowing everything up for and this will be an area no normal person will challenge us on it, but it's still nice to have somewhat addressed it.

Context: as Videl easily beats up the big robber

So the performance against the robber was only enough for Gohan to have her slightly ahead of Satan.

Then Gohan openly says that she surpassed Satan but doesn't specify the amount. I'd wager it isn't a complete blowout if it was never said to be. I think 7 or 7.5 tops is fair.

Because Spopovich held back to torture Videl. Goku and the others even noted how unusual it was for Spopovich to get up after taking so many would-be devastating attacks.

The Majin charm doesn't make you anymore durable than your power level would suggest. We saw an equal fight with the Msjin charm, SSJ2 Goku vs Majin Vegeta and they both were equally hurt and fatigued.

It seems to for Spopovich. Being able to fix a broken neck is not something that the others are suggested to be able to do.

Exactly. The idea Goku could break Vegeta's neck and he'd be fine is not supported.
