Vista vs Cracker

I barely know anything about either of them but I feel like Cracker would win

Vista would be strong enough to take it, but has no way of countering Cracker's infinite biscuit generation. Cracker stalls him with biscuit soldiers until Vista's worn out enough for Cracker to take the win.

Surely if Vista catches Cracker and is able to produce enough force/use haki to cut him up that would be enough to stop his biscuit soldiers?

That's a pretty big if, since Cracker's typical way of fighting seems to hide behind a constantly growing army of biscuit soldiers. I don't see how Vista would manage to get close to him.

Luffy didn't manage it without Nami's help?

I doubt Vista would think of actually eating the biscuit soldiers like Luffy did.
