I'd place Zoro significantly lower until we get some concrete feats from him, considering thus far his scaling with the Minks has presented his base self as finding Carrot slightly formidable.
I don't find anything that necessarily scale Kawamatsu above Kinemon overall from his current feats,with both having very different fighting styles and not having some kind of comparable opponent to scale to.
Perospero should definitely be above Sanji since he took an attack from Raid Suit Ichiji quite well. It's also quite hard to say if Current Sanji with his Raid Suit is above Daifuku, since he was certainly weaker than him without it in the previous arc.

Other than that, seems good.

Yea inwas assuming strongest forms for all characters.

Zolo using Asura. Sanji using suit. I think they are debatable. Its speculation only, but I think Zoro has to be above the likes of Kaido's weakest All Star by now to be of any use. He even has the sword that wounded Kaido now.

I scaled Kawamatsu by reputation alone. Kinemon seemed to hold him, Denjiro and Asura in higher regard than the rest. The reason I have him lower than such is because of his lacklustre feats so far. But I dont think we've seen his 100% yet.

I'd definitely say Zoro should be a lot stronger than what he's shown, though by how much is really up in the air until we get solid confirmation. The predictable flow of the story would suggest he ought to be able to fight one of the 3 Calamities at his peak, though it's just as likely that he'll get a power up of some kind with the hype of him getting a new sword and all that. Raid Suit Sanji still ought to be below Perospero for now since we know that Ichiji > Niji > Sanji.

Looking at the tiers, its conceivable for the alliance to take down every group but SS. I genuinely can't wait to see what kind of bs Oda makes up for both Big Mom and kaido to lose

Hm. That sparked an idea. Perhaps Carrot is Dragon's wife. Luffy has never seen a full moon before, so maybe being 50% mink will allow him to use Sulong. That is gear 5
