Was Piccolo really going to kill Moro OG73-I?

I mean in Chapter 62 of DBS, when Moro creates that kind of giant Dome, Piccolo was preparing an attack that was going to end everything.

I find it hard to believe that this attack would have even hurt Moro, simply Moro OG73-I far exceeds Broly SSJFP, even surpasses Gogeta PSSJB.

Nope. Doubt he could even kill Old Moro. He had nothing to lose by trying though.
