Was Teen Goku (23rd) fully grown?

He doesn't really grow noticeably after this, but a lot of material (usually by Toei or game companies) depict him as taller when he's an actual adult. I think he largely was the same size as the beginning of the Saiyan arc, and by extension the Freeza arc as well since he didn't age in the year he was dead. Piccolo seems to have actually physically grown since the 23rd based on the way he's drawn relatively to other characters (he wasn't very tall at 3), but Goku seems to look basically the same 5 years later, not to mention no one mentions any growth when he introduces them to Gohan.

He looks teenaged when he fights Raditz as well though. I think most if not all the differences can be attributed to 's artstyle changing, since he looks way buffer and taller against Vegeta despite not aging.

But yeah, he seems to look taller relative to ChiChi as an adult in this too. Which is why I think Toei tends to depict adult Goku as taller, but in the manga it's debatable, since Toriyama's style in the Kanzenban art just basically draws Teen Goku the same as Z Goku.

I think he was probably supposed to stay the same, but ended-up becoming/looking taller, because change in art-style. At the 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai he was visibly littler than Yamcha and maybe Tenshinhan, too but later-on you can't really tell.

Yeah the Characters varies where in some scenes they look taller than the other but then became smaller, especially in Super.

To be honest I think Teen Goku's height in the Super opening seems a little inaccurate to me, he looks way to small. He looks 5'6 at best, in which he is about Adult Goku's shoulder height in said opening.

He is still shorter than them farther into the series, it's just not as clear because Toriyama stopped using childlike proportions for Goku midway into the Saiyan arc:

Goku's clearly shorter than Piccolo as well as both 10shithands and Yamcha.

And yeah, in that ending Teen Goku and Adult Goku's height difference is way too pronounced imo. He looks to be like Bulma or chichi's height there, but there should be like half a head's difference tops even if there was a height diff.
