Was Vegeta SSJ or SSJ2 when fighting Gohan-Boo (anime filler)

He shows lightning when attacking Boo on two occasions and was visibly enraged that Goku had held back his strongest form against him in their last fight, but on the other hand Goku's hairstyle and plain aura are that of a regular Super Saiyan. Thoughts?

He was a SSjin. The lightning there was a case of going all out like Vegetto when he first transformed, or Majin Vegeta getting mad before. going SSjin 2. People really don't know to differ according to the context, now do they?

The lightning didn't accompany his initial transformation and only appeared after he threw a fit saying he was the Saiyan prince, after which it was present on two occasions... Seems like a good argument for him angrily turning SSJ2 to me. Although since Goku was SSjin in this scene, I have no problems with people arguing it was SSJ.

If we compare Vegeta's form against Gohan Buu, Super Buu & Kid Buu, we can tell that Vegeta was a SSj vs Gohan Buu & Super Buu while he was a SSj2 vs Kid Buu.
