Was Zamasu/Goku-Black inspired by Xicor?

If rumours are to be believed then Toyotaro might be the AF author so maybe he gave AT an idea & that’s how it ended-up.

It's not a rumor; Toyotaroh and Toyble are absolutely the same person. And he didn't create AF, but he created his own AF manga that combined various ideas people had about AF, Xicor being one of them.

Anyway, Toriyama was the one who came up with Gokuu Black and Zamasu, not Toyotaroh. They're really nothing like Xicor beyond sharing the basic concept of an evil Kaioushin. Xicor is Gokuu's illegitimate son with an evil Kaioushin in Toyotaroh's AF; Gokuu Black is an evil Kaioushin who stole Gokuu's body. The similarities are minor, and Zamasu's characterization is nothing like the West Kaioushin's in Toyotaroh's AF.

Sure, Toyotaroh took some inspiration from his AF manga when he was drawing the Zamasu arc, and Gokuu Black's psychotic mannerisms resemble Xicor's somewhat, but he's just a generic Shounen antagonist at the end of the day.

It's been confirmed. Even Tracetaroh implied it when he randomly drew a Dragon Ball Heroes silhouette when he announced his AF comic was on hiatus, implying that he was busy working on Heroes' manga in V-Jump. He even traces artwork straight from his AF comic for DBS. And the art style is identical.

Everyone and their grandma knows Toyotaroh and Toyble are the same person. It's not a rumor when it's blatantly obvious to everyone with sense. You can keep arguing nothing, though.
