Were the last couple of Jiren's power ups using the same principle as SSJB Kaioken?

Jiren criticized Galu's use of Kaioken in the manga, saying it was just destroying his body. But it appears that Jiren's power ups against UI/MUI Galu and later base Vegeta and Galu had the same effect on him, drastically weakening him moments after he outlasted MUI Galu. So were his power ups using the same principle as Kale's Berserk/LSSJ form and Galu's Kaioken?

To an extent, yes, since he was surpassing his body's limits for the sake of more power and speed. I wouldn't say the mechanics were the exact same though (eg. stats multiplied linearly), considering he didn't seem to make a conscious effort to use its principals to power himself up. Considering it came out of an emotional desire to not be surpassed, it could be closer to the rage boosts Vegeta has been getting in Super.

Vegeta's rage boosts didn't exactly destroy his body though, seeing as he could still maintain his SSJ2 state after flipping out against Beerus.
