What are your levels for the new Kaio-Ken?

Beerus - 1,000
Goku SSJG SS - 900 (Kaio-Ken)
Champa - 900
Hit - 800
Golden Freeza - 800
Goku SSJG SS - 750 (Champa Arc)
Vegeta SSJG SS - 750 (Freeza Arc)
Goku SSJG SS - 720 (Freeza Arc)
Beerus 70% - 700
Goku SSJG - 600 (Beerus Arc)

Everything is getting pretty tight, eventually we won't have enough room for more increases.

That's already really tight considering Toriyama said he has no plans for Goku/Vegeta surpassing Beerus/Whis.

Maybe this is where he'll tie things in with the end of the manga.

Well in the new material, Vegeta already said that they are beginning to approach their limits and any further increases will be miniscule. So this fits in line with his plans on keeping Beerus & Whiss as the top dogs.

If that's the case then this story won't be too exciting in my opinion. Progression is what makes everything interesting, and if the main characters just max out and can't get stronger, that means they also can't fight stronger enemies.

I'm hoping he does some time reversal thing where everyone goes back to normal.

Honestly Toriyama probably already forgot the 6/10/15 scale and has more of a 1/40/75 in mind
